At Fiore Fountains, we are passionate about enhancing your outdoor spaces with our stunning selection of yard fountains, wall fountains, and home fountains.
Orders ship in about 5 weeks!
Concrete products are made and finished custom to order and meticulously packaged for shipment. Reputable freight carriers will deliver your order by appointment, curbside with lift-gate service.
Because products are produced and finished custom to order Fiore Fountains cannot accept returns, cancellations or color changes after 15 business days from the date your order was placed. By this time, it is highly likely that the product(s) on order have been produced and the color application process has begun.
To avoid surprises and potential misinterpretations of colors we highly recommend ordering small concrete color samples in advance of placing your concrete order. As part of our store you'll find Color Samples and we can recommend ordering up-to four samples to be shipped via priority mail in a small flat-rate box for just $1.50 p/sample plus postage.
Although color samples can be shipped fairly quickly, please anticipate the potential 5 weeks delivery time-frame for larger concrete shipments. We do not recommend placing your order today, IF, for example, you plan to be out of town in the next month or month-and-a-half. Fiore Fountains cannot store concrete orders and carriers will charge "storage" fees if a delivery appointment can not be made withing 48 hours from the time the shipment arrived at the delivering carriers terminal. Fiore Fountains may authorize return of the shipment at clients expense should carriers notify Fiore Fountains that storage fees are about to be incurred. Please contact us within 15 business days from the date your order was placed should you wish to delay shipment so we can reschedule production of your order for a later date.
As soon as orders become available for shipment, Fiore Fountains will notify you with a proposed carrier and estimated days in transit for your shipment. Please reply to confirm you will indeed be able to receive the shipment. An adult must be present at time of delivery to sign for receipt of the shipment. Fiore Fountains will provide you with tracking information of the shipment shortly after the carrier has taken receipt of the shipment.
All deliveries are curbside and must have a solid surface to allow the driver to roll the shipment from the lift gate. Drivers are not required to help move shipments beyond the curb and freight may be returned to the delivering terminal if there is no suitable hard surface that allows for the pallet jack to roll completely off of the lift gate with the shipment.
In the event freight cannot be delivered, shipments can be picked up from the local terminal as a "will-call." Please contact fiorefountains immediateley to make these arrangements.
Please do not refuse shipments in case of potential damages. Refusing an entire shipment will cause further delay as replacements cannot be processed until the returned shipment arrives at our factory and potentially more damages are discovered during its return.
Instead take digital pictures of all four sides of each pallet illustrating potential damage and mark on the drivers delivery receipt that damages may or have occurred and that further inspection will be required. Please use caution when removing packaging materials. Products may have shifted during transit. Always remove black stretch wrap from the top of the box and remove as many smaller pieces first before cutting cardboard to secure and remove larger items underneath.
Take pictures of any complete item(s) that were received broken. Scratches and scuff marks should be touched up with materials included.
In the event of a damage claim the following will be required;
- Picture of the signed delivery receipt
- Pictures of all four sides of each pallet prior to removal of any packaging materials
- Picture(s) of the complete part(s) which are considered broken
Upon e-mailed receipt of these images Fiore Fountains will instruct the manufacturer to speed-up production to have replacements ready for shipment in approximately 10 to 15 business days. As soon as replacements become available for shipment Fiore Fountains will again notify you of the replacement shipment.
Final note: please take your own pictures and do not accept those offered by the delivery driver when they claim that they will document damages. Please make detailed notes on the delivery receipt - request a copy - and take pictures of the shipment as it was presented to you by the driver.
Without pictures of all four sides of each pallet and before any packaging materials have been removed, Fiore Fountains cannot warrant replacements or reasonably adjudicate damages to the freight carrier.
